We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jacobus Richter as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Exotics Division, effective 1 February 2026.
Jacobus brings with him an impressive track record in operations and sales within the biotechnology and food ingredients industry.

Since May 2023, he has served as Vice-President of Operations at Biocatalysts Ltd, WeissBioTech and Breatec BV, where he was responsible for global production, process optimisation and strategic growth.

Prior to that, he held various senior positions at Breatec, including Director of Operations, Director of Sales & Operations and Global Sales Director, and spent many years as Operations and QA Director at Comix. His expertise is complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and additional training in finance, exports and food safety.

With his experience in process improvement and international collaboration, Jacobus is ideally suited to take CNC Exotics to the next level.
