The IVC® Standard

The recipe for our IVC® is based on a critical selection of raw materials and extensive laboratory testing.
Unlike traditional outdoor composting, all our production takes place in enclosed, climate-controlled tunnels.
Phase I — Precision Bio-Reactor Control
The foundation of a high-yield crop is a homogeneous substrate.
Unlike traditional outdoor windrows that suffer from “cold spots” and weather variability, our In-Vessel Composting (IVC) system functions as a fully controlled indoor bio-reactor.
We only work with ingredients that meet the very highest standards.
Our specific blend includes straw-rich horse manure, high-quality wheat straw, chicken manure, gypsum and water.

By eliminating temperature gradients and ensuring rigorous mechanical mixing, we provide a stable, high-performance medium free from competitors and ammonia-rich pockets.
Designed for Tunnels
This product is specifically formulated for sweating out in tunnels (Phase II processing). Its structure is designed to allow optimal airflow during pasteurization and conditioning at your facility.

They undergo rigorous CIP (Clean-In-Place) steam cleaning between loads to ensure the compost remains free of unwanted moulds or bacteria.
